Charlotte & Co is a small, owner-run leather studio. Every piece starts as a conversation — the leather you choose, the fabric panel, the lining, the stitch — and ends as something made only for you.
Leather softens with time. It creases where it's held, deepens where it's lived with, and quietly records the places it has travelled beside you. When life frays at the edges, there is grace in repair — a handmade piece can always be restored, renewed, and loved again.
I cut, stitch, and finish every single piece myself, at my own workbench — there's no factory line, no production team, just one pair of hands and a lot of thread. If something's slightly imperfect, that's usually how you know it's real.
I like getting to know what a bag is actually for before I start cutting — where it'll travel, what it needs to hold, who it's coming home to. That's the part I enjoy most.
